Skills and Qualifications:
Grade 12 with Accountancy & Mathematics
Computer literacy – Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Outlook)
Experience:
5+ years admin experience compulsory
Professional Characteristics:
A mature, disciplined, resolute and versatile individual
The ability to be proactive, professional and self-motivated are key
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English and Afrikaans advantageous
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Check and verify various quotes, orders, delivery notes and invoices
Key responsibility would be stock management and stock control
Maintaining a Fixed Asset Register and perform routine verification checks / inspections
Processing of client and supplier invoices
Assistance with day-to-day as well as routine management schedules / reports (Excel)
Welcome guests and facilitate entry process (accurate billing, signing of indemnity forms, ATG etc)
Running of errands and performing ad hoc tasks
Acting as stand-in lodge manageress from time to time
General office admin and filing
Ad hoc operations functions
Other requirements / relevant information:
Hours – 09:00 to 15:00 – Own transport
Situated 10km South of Hoedspruit (R40)
