LODGE MANAGER REQUIRED FOR 5* LODGE GREATER KRUGER AREA
START DATE: MAY 2018
SALARY: R30.000,00 DoE and qualifications
To manage the lodge in such a manner that Guest expectations are exceeded and budgeted profit margins are achieved. To ensure the efficient, effective and professional management of all lodge departments .To design and implement a personalised guest experience. An excellent company image is to be projected as well as ensuring continued growth of the lodge.

Requirements –
Qualifications and Skills
• Matric
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong F&B background
• 5-star luxury lodge experience
• MS Office
• Valid code 8 driver’s license
Key responsibilities –
• Ensure that all guests are greeted, checked in and allocated rooms promptly and courteously;
• Ensure effective and speedy check on our facilities;
• Be readily available at all times to deal with problems and complaints;
• Ensure front of house staff handles all enquiries, messages and bookings courteously;
• Liaise with Guests and maintain effective communication with them, including personalised
correspondence;
• Ensure daily Guest experience is designed and implemented consistently;
• Ensure the curio shop systems and stock is controlled;
• Ensure daily and monthly financial reports accurately reflect revenue and profitability;
• Reduce accidents and ensure that all safety hazards are addressed;
• Ensure staff training is implemented.
