Head Chef – 5* lodge North West Province
An intimate 10 sleeper lodge is looking for a fantastic chef to take over the kitchen from mid January.
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Looking for a minimum of 2 year commitment
Own vehicle (preferably)
Previous experience in the bush a must
Menu planning / ordering / working within given budget
Boma / Bush dinner
Well-spoken and able to present meals
Able to work with set menu
Flexible to last minute changes to menu and meal times
Positive attitude, creativity and passion for cooking.
Must be able to bake and cook
Work mostly independently and need to understand the lodge is remote.
Work Cycle: Either 3 weeks on and 1 week off or 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off
Salary: Market-related, negotiable on work experience and qualifications
