Live in, meals and uniform provided
6 Weeks on and 2 Weeks off
Oversee 2 kitchens with 15 staff
Applicants will have/need:
– A driver’s license
– Extensive experience in the lodge industry with
traditional South African food.
– Be a team player
* The lodge is prepared to look at an enthusiastic and creative sous chef who feels that he or she is ready to take on a new
challenge by running their own kitchen.
The general manager is involved in the kitchens and candidate must understand that the standards are high and that they do get involved in all aspects of the kitchen
