EXECUTIVE CHEF & F&B MANAGER COUPLE
SEYCHELLES
Salary: ZAR 50 000 – ZAR 70 000 per month – Live in
EXECUTIVE CHEF / F&B MANAGER COUPLE
1. Partner 1: F&B MANAGER(EXEC CHEF/ SOUS CHEF EXPERIENCE)
General Duties and Responsibilities
Accomplishes restaurant objectives by recruiting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; ; enforcing policies and procedures.
Achieves restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing produc-tion, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing Monthly Stock counting and Ordering of daily, weekly and monthly stock. For Kitchen and Bar
Plans menus by consulting with chefs; estimates food costs and profits; adjusts menus.
Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation.
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sani-tation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
Monitoring food presentation and Front of House Service standards
Stock Control and Food and Beverage Ordering in accordance to Menu and Stock levels
Be able to coordinate the pass during Lunch and Dinner service daily and be capable and responsible for all back of house duties
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 8 years experience in the Same Role and have minimum Sous chef/Head Chef ex-perience
Knowledge of Stock control system
Must Have strong computer skills—Windows Word , Excel and Outlook.
Stock data capturing
Strong Leadership skills and able to work in a demanding environment
Refined Skills in Public Relations
Self Motivated and Customer service focused
Experience in food and Beverage ordering, Stock controls and Menu Knowledge.
2. Partner 2: ASST. F&B MANAGER
General Duties and Responsibilities
Works with Head Chef and Food and Beverage Manager to run the Kitchen.
Involved and responsible for Stock ordering, counting and receiving.
Implementing training sessions, award incentives and motivating the kitchen team on a daily and monthly basis.
Working closely with front of house management to deliver top service
Planning of menus, outside catering, assisting on functions
Able to coordinate and take control of the pass during Lunch and Dinner service.
Self motivated, hard working with a passion for the hospitality industry and able to be a team player who can uplift a small team and implement procedures.
Monday-Saturday, Sundays off.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 5 years experience as F&B Manager or Chef
Knowledge of Stock control system
Strong Leadership skills and able to work in a demanding environment
Team player and able to work closely with induvial whist keeping a professional approach.
Self Motivated and Customer service focused
Experience in food and Beverage ordering, Stock controls and Menu Knowledge.
ACCOMMODATION & PACKAGE
Salary: R50 000 – R70 000 per month:
Modern 1 Bedroom flat situated on the Island.
Golf cart for personal use – and to get from home to work
Meals while on duty.
2 Year Contract + return flights.
Company will assist with Work permits
