Job Description
Brand new 4* lodge near Hoedspruit is looking for a junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.
Requirements : A passion for cooking a must, dynamic, creative and able to run a 40 Seater restaurant. Must also be to run the kitchen and manage staff. Will be answerable to the Executive Chef. Will be responsible for menu planning, stock taking, staff rosters, ordering of produce.Will also be involved in catering for weddings and functions.
Salary R6000.00, depending on experience. Will work 3 weeks on, 1 week off.
